U of C Research Project Survey on Comprehensive School Health

Palliser Regional Schools, in partnership with the University of Calgary is conducting a student survey.  This survey will help identify the effects of comprehensive school health initiatives on health and learning outcomes at your child’s school.  If you have questions about the comprehensive school health framework, you are also welcome to check with your school’s administration. 

This confidential survey does not require a student’s personal information, but each parent/guardian has the right to have their child(ren) excluded from the survey.  If you wish for your child(ren) to not participate in this survey, please complete the form attached here, and return it to the school office.
