It is that time of year again, when lice start making an appearance in our schools.
We ask that you remind children of the importance of not sharing hats, coats, hair brushes, etc. as this is how lice are often transmitted from person to person. Lice do not spread any diseases, but do cause emotional distress and can affect anyone, regardless of personal cleanliness. Children/students are often affected more than adults because of the amount of time spent in close conditions with others.
